How can a sport psychologist help you?

There are many factors that underpin your sporting performance. It is often assumed that you only speak to a sport and exercise psychologist when there is an issue. This is not true! Throughout our lives, not just in sport, there will be times when we hit setbacks, lose motivation or confidence. Working with a sport psychologist can help you become more resilient to what life and sport throughs at you by helping you recognise your triggers and put prevented measures in place.
